My Philosophy

You can’t heal a body you hate.

True healing begins when we extend grace to ourselves—when we soften, listen, and choose compassion over criticism. That’s where freedom lives.

Learning to love your body isn’t about perfection—it’s about partnership. It’s about giving your body the nourishment, rest, and care it needs to thrive.

Stop fighting your body and start listening to it. Wellness isn’t found in extremes—it’s found in the gentle rhythm of nourishment, balance, and self-love.

Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
— Proverbs 16:24

I founded Honey Health and Wellness in 2022 after years of searching for answers on my own healing journey.

For so long, I felt unheard—told that I was “fine” when I knew deep down that I wasn’t. I was tired of feeling bloated, fatigued, and disconnected from my body. I longed to eat with freedom, to live without guilt, and to finally feel at home in my skin.

Through my training with the Nutritional Therapy Association, I discovered how to restore balance by addressing the foundations of health—nourishment, digestion, blood sugar, minerals, and mindset. By rebuilding these roots, I was able to overcome PMS, period pain, digestive dysfunction, and so much more.

What began as my own healing has become my purpose. I spent the first two years of my career as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner working one-on-one with women to support hormone balance and metabolic health. Today, my work has evolved into writing guides and hosting immersive wellness retreats designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find freedom in your body, and build a community of women to support you each step of your wellness journey.

My mission is simple: to create spaces and conversations where you can release the shame, embrace your body’s wisdom, and experience the fullness of wellness.

Wellness is within reach—and it’s yours to claim.
